A useful investigation starts here
A bathroom combines pressurised supply, waste plumbing and wet surfaces. A measured sequence of checks helps distinguish which part is associated with the reported escape, including observation in rooms below.
Leak Aware starts with the reported signs and the available access. We explain which checks suit the installation and what the findings justify before the repair scope is agreed.
What to have ready
Describe the fixture in use and the delay before moisture appears. Leave existing bath or service panels accessible.
A method that may contribute
Make a possible water path visible.
Dye testingThe scope, clearly stated
Tiling, failed tanking, waterproofing and refurbishment may need a different scope. They are not assumed to be included plumbing repairs.
The residential package is £1,500 including applicable tax, with a £100 deposit deducted and £1,400 remaining.
When access and repair are agreed
Necessary access or excavation, the agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials and suitable testing are included within the residential scope. The report records the work, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
