Before an appointment is offered

- Agree the residential scope or a separate quotation
- Supply verified business, contact, payment and booking terms
The confirmed residential price
£1,500 including applicable tax. A £100 deposit is deducted, leaving £1,400 remaining. No hourly surcharge applies solely because the agreed residential work takes longer.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
Documents and aftercare
The package includes a Trace & Access report and a 12-month workmanship warranty. Keep the agreed scope and report together. If you plan to involve an insurer, confirm its requirements before instruction.
