A useful investigation starts here
A shared pipe needs a coordinated investigation. Connected properties, branches and valves define what can be isolated and what a test result can actually tell us.
Leak Aware starts with the reported signs and the available access. We explain which checks suit the installation and what the findings justify before the repair scope is agreed.
What to have ready
Identify a person who can arrange authorised access and communicate any interruptions to affected occupiers. Share available pipe plans.
A method that may contribute
Ask a smaller, more useful question.
Pressure testingThe scope, clearly stated
Wider shared-system work is quoted separately. An investigation does not determine ownership, liability or a dispute between parties.
This work needs a separately agreed quotation.
When access and repair are agreed
Necessary access or excavation, the agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials and suitable testing are included within the residential scope. The report records the work, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
