A useful investigation starts here
Concealed pipes can leave visible clues far from the fault. We bring together moisture patterns, available pipe routes and system checks before deciding where closer investigation is justified. Existing voids and access panels may offer useful views.
Leak Aware starts with the reported signs and the available access. We explain which checks suit the installation and what the findings justify before the repair scope is agreed.
What to have ready
Describe the rooms on the other side of the surface and any plumbing above it. Photos taken before a stain changed or a finish was replaced can help.
A method that may contribute
Map the moisture before drawing a conclusion.
Moisture mappingThe scope, clearly stated
Locating a hidden fault does not remove the need to reach the pipe. Necessary access is included in the agreed scope; replacement decorative finishes are not.
The residential package is £1,500 including applicable tax, with a £100 deposit deducted and £1,400 remaining.
When access and repair are agreed
Necessary access or excavation, the agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials and suitable testing are included within the residential scope. The report records the work, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
